Cancellation Policy

Consent and Agreement (READ CAREFULLY!) I understand that lash and brow services involve the use of chemicals and adhesives that may cause irritation, allergic reactions, or unforeseen sensitivities. I acknowledge that I have disclosed all known medical conditions, allergies, and relevant information truthfully. I understand that results may vary based on individual hair type, skin condition, and aftercare. I understand that failure to disclose contraindications may result in adverse reactions, and I accept full responsibility. I understand that services may be refused if any contraindications are present at the time of appointment. I acknowledge that all services are performed at my own risk and I release Elance Spa from liability. I understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy (READ CAREFULLY!) I understand there is a 15-minute grace period for my appointment. After 15 minutes, my appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. I understand that arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other clients. I agree to respect the scheduled appointment time and provide notice at least 12 hours before if I need to cancel or reschedule.
